2. Digital Use License

ISP Global Distribution Limited grants a limited, non-exclusive license to temporarily download one copy of the materials (product data, media, or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Inventory Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in our high-velocity quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your wholesale shipment, our specialized claims team is ready to assist.

• Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original bulk packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Process: Please contact our logistics support team at info@ispglobaldistribution.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Refunds: Upon receipt and successful 3-step inspection of the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or applied as a credit to your wholesale account.
• Logistics Costs: The purchaser is responsible for all outbound and inbound shipping costs unless the return is a direct result of an ISP Global fulfillment error or verified product defect.

4. General Disclaimer

The materials and products provided by ISP Global Distribution Limited are supplied on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties—including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific retail purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Furthermore, ISP Global does not warrant the specific sales performance or “velocity” of products on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, as these results are subject to external market variables.

In no event shall ISP Global Distribution Limited or its manufacturing partners be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of anticipated profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials or inventory provided, even if an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
